Welcome Event: Get ready to ‘Sparkle’ in Las Vegas! The Welcome Reception theme is ‘Denim and Diamonds’. Wear your best denim and diamonds, and don’t forget to pack your boots! The one who ‘Sparkles’ the brightest will win the ‘Best Dressed’ title and take home the prize!
Meetings are Business Casual: Button-down or polo shirt with trousers or khakis for men; casual dress, skirt or slacks with a sweater or blouse for women. No jeans.
Group Dinner: Casual.
Medical Information Please advise Program Headquarters of any medical conditions that may require special attention or treatment, if not already noted in your registration. Bring a copy of any prescriptions you are taking and pack your prescription medicine in your carry-on luggage. We suggest you bring an extra supply in case of an unforeseen emergency. Do not pack medication in your checked luggage.
Name Badges Name badges will be available to pick up at the Registration Desk on arrival day. For safety and security, a name badge must be worn to access any of the Harbor Freight meetings and events.
Special Dietary Requests We are happy to help you with special menu requests (i.e. vegetarian meals, etc.) and any other special needs. Please contact Program Headquarters if you did not note your request during registration.
Time Comparison Las Vegas is in the Pacific time zone. When it’s noon in Las Vegas, it’s 1:00 p.m. in Denver, 2:00 p.m. in Chicago and 3:00 p.m. in Boston.
